The foundation of every build starts with proper site prep. We clear, strip topsoil, and establish rough grade before a single form goes in. That means accounting for drainage, final elevation, and building pad location from the start - not fixing problems after the fact.
We handle cut and fill grading to achieve proper elevation control, subgrade preparation for stable building conditions, and compaction to meet engineer specs.
Foundation & Footing Excavation
Precision matters here more than anywhere else on the job. We dig foundations and footings to spec - correct depth, clean walls, proper bearing surface. Whether it's a crawl space, stem wall, or full basement, we coordinate directly with your foundation contractor so there are no surprises when they show up.
Canyon County's clay-heavy soils require extra attention to bearing conditions. We know what to look for and what to do when conditions aren't ideal.
Building Pad & RV Pad Excavation
Need a level pad for a home, shop, garage, or detached structure? We excavate and prep building pads that are level, properly compacted, and ready for whatever goes on top. Same process for RV pads and equipment storage areas that need to handle serious weight long-term.
Gravel Driveways & Private Road Construction
